Throughout the day each delegate will build confidence by practising the skills learnt through role-plays, activities and case studies. The final part of the programme will require each delegate to prepare and undertake a coaching session. All delegates will not only understand the skills required but will also have practised them in a safe environment and will have developed the confidence to take these skills back to their workplace. |
